The Lord is not slow about His promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward you not wishing for any to perish but for all to come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9

What Does F.A.I.T.H. Stand For?

F is for Forgiveness.  We cannot have eternal life and heaven without God's forgiveness.

A is for Available.  Forgiveness is available for all, but it is not automatic.

I is for Impossible.  It is impossible for God to allow sin into heaven.  It is also impossible to please God through our own actions.

T is for Turn.  Turn means to repent from sin and self to Christ only.

H is for Heaven.  Heaven is eternal life, here and now and in the hereafter - but only through Christ.  Forsaking all, I trust Him!

FALLS CREEK TESTIMONY

Just thought I would share with you something that took place at Falls Creek this last week. I was able to go as a sponsor with our middle school group and had a great time. We had 6 come to know Jesus and I would like to share briefly about one of them.

Thursday night while in our family group time I had one boy ask what it meant to be saved after hearing that two other boys had gotten saved. I told him that I would like to talk to him alone after group time. Due to another circumstance later in the evening, I ended up sitting with the boy while he sobbed on my shoulder. After getting him calmed down, I felt it was a perfect time to answer his early question. I shared with him the plan of salvation. When it came decision time, and he began to pray, then stopped and started crying. He then said that he didn't want to. I asked him if he could tell me why and he said no and asked if he could just go to bed. Not wanting to push anything I allowed him to go to bed after praying over him.

The next afternoon several of us were wanting to get Faith Riders trading pins, so we made are way to the tent were they were set up. As we approached the tent, I noticed a biker talking to a couple of students on the curb. One of the students was the one that I had shared with the night before. At that moment on the curb that boy was asking Jesus to come ino his heart. All Praise to God!

NEW BIKE

Keith Burkhart shows off his new scoot that was presented to him at the recent REWIRED Men's Retreat at Falls Creek.

Men from across the state united their efforts and were able to present this 2006 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail to Keith and Janette.

Before the presentation there was a special time of prayer for Keith and the growing Men's Ministry across our state.

Keith, we love and appreciate all that you do for the Kingdom.
